Almond and Coconut Flour Bread (Keto, GAPS)

This coconut almond flour meat rises like bread as it bakes, and is light-footed and fluffy. Coconut Flour Almond Bread performs yummy toasts, including french toast! This low-carb bread is broiled in a regular lump go and can make a full-sized sandwich, perfect for lunch cartons. It braces together well, and is sturdy sufficient to construct sandwiches on.

The combination of coconut and almond flour in the same cake are my go-to for cooking with either flour right now. The coconut flour helps absorb the additional oil from the almonds, and the almond flour mimics the lightness of traditional wheat bread.

About the recipe

This coconut almond-flour dough is another variety of our Hazelnut Sandwich Bread, and uses the same process to come together. Coconut and Almond Flour Sandwich Bread( GAPS, Dairy-Free)

This lighting and fluffy eat is perfect for sandwiches, french toast, and even toasting!

10 eggs( separated) 1/4 teaspoon ointment of tartar( omit for GAPS) 8 tablespoons defrosted butter( ghee, or coconut petroleum( supplement 1/4 teaspoon salt if working coconut lubricant )) 2.5 cups almond flour 1/4 beaker coconut flour 2 containers stevia( or equivalent of another no-carb sweetener) 1/2 teaspoon ocean salt

Preheat oven to 375* F and prepare a loaf go by greasing well with coconut oil, or( my preferred solution) stringing with parchment newspaper and then greasing that.

Whip the egg whites and paste of tartar( I like to use a scourge feeling in a stand mixer) until potent tops structure. This is the most important step for procreating sure your bread becomes fluffy and tall and not dense and flat.
